Before earning his Florida real estate salesperson license in 1999, he earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Indiana University. He has experience as a developer of retail, office, and residential projects, as a commercial real estate agent, and as Chief of Comprehensive & Transportation Planning for Tallahassee, FL and Leon County. He served as Director of Planning in Bloomington, Minnesota prior, and he is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Rick's specialty is helping clients to maximize the value of their real estate through his expertise in land planning, zoning and permitting.
