Piney-Z Plantation "At a Glance"
The Piney-Z Plantation Community Development District was created in September 1997 by the City of Tallahassee as a sub-governmental entity of the City of Tallahassee. The District was created with specific powers, authority and limitations. The Piney-Z Plantation Homeowners Association was incorporated on October 22, 1997.

Homeowners Association
The Piney-Z Plantation Homeowners Association is a private corporation composed entirely of the Property Owners of Piney-Z Plantation. Currently, the Board of Directors is comprised of three members elected by majority vote of the Property Owners. The annual homeowners assessment will be established annually by vote of the Board of Directors to insure proper care and maintenance of the parks, recreational facilities, landscape and common open spaces which are all owned by the Homeowners Association. The Homeowners Association's budget is totally and completely at the discretion of its directors as elected by the Property Owners of Piney-Z Plantation. Copies of the Homeowners Association documents of incorporation, the declarations and covenants of each phase of Piney-Z Plantation, and its records and proceedings can be obtained upon request at the Piney-Z Welcome Center.

Information & Sales Center
Introducing the Piney-Z Plantation Information and Sales Center: Located at 950 Piney-Z Plantation Road in Tallahassee, Florida. This center also serves as the cultural Community Center for Piney-Z Plantation residents.

This centralized Center and surrounding grounds, including the Community Pavilion, is utilized for various functions and activities planned for and by the residents of Piney-Z Plantation. In addition, it serves as the offices of the Piney-Z Community Development District.
