James F. Heidenreich, Broker
Born in 1955, married 28 years to Louise McNeill of Tallahassee, Florida, with three children: Benjamin, Nicholas and Caroline. Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1988 and in Georgia since 1998. Heidenreich is the Broker/Owner of JFH Realty. James has been successfully involved in many aspects of Real Estate sales, marketing, developing and ownership of Real Estate for over 28 years.

Recently, within the past six years, JFH Realty has been the exclusive marketing agency for many large-scale developments, which incorporated residential, golf course, commercial and other mixed-use type properties for sale and lease.

Some of these developments include: Carmel in the Woods, Golden Eagle, Hartsfield Green, The Hermitage, Hiawatha Farms, Killearn Lakes Plantation, Lake Tallavana, Marion Place, Ox Bottom Manor, Pine Landing, Piney-Z Plantation, and Summerbrooke, all in Tallahassee, Florida; and its newest, owned in-house development, Buckhead Plantation in Thomasville, Georgia.
